"The Art of Conversation" exhibition brings 10 Berlin designers and 10 London designers together in a game of chinese whispers. Each studio presented an idea to the next, who in turn responded to the cue and presented to the next in line. Our piece is an experiment in communicating with an unknown entity and a

search for one's alter ego. People are invited to reveal a few things about them- selves by responding to textual cues. These forms will be collected, processed by the bubbles and participants will be paired with their alter egos and receive a message on their behalf. What happens next is up to each individual.

Each studio also designed a poster masterfully screenprinted by Durchdruck Berlin. Part of the "Message in a Bubble" idea is about communication with someone with whom we do not share the same space. Are we communicating more with our tools rather than with the other person?

You can view and purchase the posters here.

The Art of Conversation is conceived, curated and designed by BANK (Berlin) & INVENTORY Studio (London).
