"89 Plakate", a look at the events of 1989 and a public poster installation. The 32 invited designers were given a term and asked to create a poster about it. I was given "Utopia" and responded to it like this: Utopia is not a society, nation or planet far away in space and time, but instead a direction followed step by
step, one transformation after another. Utopia is something you do. Some of the steps are small and can be achieved with simple methods, even with one's own hands and own means. By folding the poster along the dotted lines, the existing format is challenged, the sheet of paper is transformed.
